It was March 2020. Lockdown. I had time, a laptop, and ₹50,000 saved. Like every other Indian retail trader that year, I jumped into crypto looking for an edge.

I started writing — first on personal Telegram, then a basic website. No paid course. No "join my exclusive group for ₹9,999." Just: here's exactly what I learned, here are the mistakes I made, here's how I fixed them.

The first 100 followers were friends. The next 1,000 came from word of mouth. By end of 2023, we'd crossed 10,000 Indian traders reading every week.

I learned something important: people in India weren't looking for more noise. They were starving for someone honest enough to share losses alongside wins, and Indian enough to understand the 30% tax, the 1% TDS, and the difference between Indian and American market behaviour.

2024 was the year cRyPtO sMaRt became a real platform. Six complete free courses. A premium tier for traders who'd outgrown the basics. A weekly newsletter, a growing Telegram community, and traders who found us through the free courses and blog.

And I'm still trading every day. Still publishing my losses alongside my wins. Still rebuilding the website from scratch when it doesn't meet the standard (you're looking at the latest version right now).
