When you buy a product from our store:

• Payment is processed by Razorpay; all transactions are in Indian Rupees (₹)
• Digital products (ebooks, indicators, strategy guides) are delivered to your email within minutes
• Physical products (printed books, merchandise) ship within 5 business days across India
• License for digital products is personal and non-transferable

6. Refund Policy

All products sold on cRyPtO sMaRt are digital goods — books, indicators, guides, and custom design work — delivered instantly and downloadable. Because these can be downloaded and kept the moment they're purchased, all sales are final and digital products are non-refundable.

That said, we stand behind everything we sell. If you are unable to access or download a product you paid for, we will fix it or refund you. Just email info@cryptosmartceek.com with your order ID and we'll make it right.

For cRaFt custom design work, terms follow the agreed 30% advance / 70% on approval process explained at the time of order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on cRyPtO sMaRt — text, graphics, logos, video, code, the indicator, the curriculum — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright law. You may:

• Read, watch, and learn from our content
• Share short quotes with attribution and a link back
• Use our courses for personal learning

You may not:

• Republish, sell, or distribute our content without written permission
• Share paid products with others (this is theft)
• Use any part of cRyPtO sMaRt to train AI models without permission
• Use our brand name, logo, or design without permission

8. User Conduct

When using our site or community (Telegram, etc.), you agree to:

• Not spam, scam, or promote scams
• Not impersonate the founder or any team member
• Not pump-and-dump or shill specific coins
• Follow Indian law

We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates these rules without refund.
