cRyPtO sMaRt is intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. We'll notify subscribers by email of any significant changes.

When you use Crypi, your messages, recent conversation, relevant public-page excerpts and selected uploads or extracted file passages may be sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Audio you choose to record and replies you choose to hear are processed by ElevenLabs. If you request an original song, its music brief is also sent to ElevenLabs to generate the clip. Web research may use OpenAI web search, Wikipedia and market-data providers. Avoid sending confidential information.
The conversation is stored in this browser tab’s session storage and follows you between pages. Use New chat to clear it, or close the tab. Crypi may also keep short, session-bound conversation notes in private server storage, accessible for up to 30 minutes after their last update, to retain relevant context. New chat starts a separate conversation and stops using the previous notes. Expired notes are removed during subsequent conversation activity or the scheduled cleanup task. We do not request persistent OpenAI response storage. Providers process requests under their own service terms.
Uploaded files and generated speech are temporarily stored in private server storage for up to 30 minutes of access. Expired files are removed on subsequent upload or speech requests; the administrator should run the supplied cleanup task for scheduled deletion. Session-bound transcription results and generated songs may be cached privately for up to 30 minutes to support retries and replay without repeating generation. Expired cached files are removed on subsequent requests or by scheduled maintenance. A failed recording or selected upload may remain in memory while this chat is open so you can retry it; New chat clears those retry copies. Operational records count requests, usage and budget reservations; they do not intentionally record chat text. Provider retention is governed by each provider’s terms.
Crypi is an AI assistant, not a person. Responses, document interpretations and market information can be incorrect or incomplete. Source links are provided when available. Crypi cannot place trades, make purchases, or send messages on your behalf. Purchase recovery requires you to submit the existing recovery form.
