cRyPtO sMaRt ("we," "us," "our") is an independent crypto trading education platform operated from Kolkata, India by its founder. You can reach us at info@cryptosmartceek.com.

We collect only what's necessary to operate the website and serve you. Specifically:

- Name & phone (optional) — if you fill out the contact form
- Purchase data — name, email, shipping address (for physical products), and payment confirmation when you buy from our store. Payment details themselves are processed by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.
- Analytics data — pages visited, device type, country, referrer. This is collected anonymously through Google Analytics.
- Cookies — essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies (which you can disable)
3. What we do not collect
- Bank account or card details (handled entirely by Razorpay)
- Government IDs (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
- Cryptocurrency wallet addresses or private keys
- Any sensitive personal information you don't voluntarily provide
4. How we use your data
We use the data we collect to:
- Deliver products and services you purchase
- Send newsletter emails (only if you subscribe — you can unsubscribe anytime)
